What vehicles do airport car services use?
All of drvn’s fleet cars are appropriate for and used for airport car service. These include, but are not limited to: sedans, SUVs, vans, Sprinters, minibuses, motor coaches, and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV). All vehicles are subject to availability by market.
How far in advance do I have to book airport car services?
Airport car service may be booked up to two years in advance. At a minimum, vans and Sprinters can be booked six (6) hours in advance. Sedans and SUVs can be booked at a minimum of two (2) hours in advance. Minibuses, motor coaches, and specialty vehicles such as limousines, armored cars and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV) require a minimum of 72 (seventy-two) hours in advance. Since every market is different, our vehicle offerings are subject to availability.
Do airport car services offer a vip service?
All drvn’s services options, especially airport vip service, are VIP. Each drvn vehicle is chauffeured by a professional and is immaculate. Our vehicles are stocked with bottled water and, for an additional charge, may be stocked with your choice of beverages and snacks. Alcoholic beverages are permitted provided that all passengers consuming alcohol are twenty one (21) years of age or older. We offer meet and greet service, where your chauffeur meets you at the luggage carousel. In certain markets, private security and/or armored vehicles are available upon request.
What if my flight is delayed or canceled?
drvn chauffeurs, drvn ride specialists, and drvn’s proprietary platform work together to monitor the status of all commercial flight arrivals and changes in real-time. This includes terminal changes, baggage carousel changes and other traveler impacts. The union ensures that the unexpected is managed seamlessly without passenger impact. If a flight is delayed (or is arriving early), drvn modifies the pick-up time accordingly. If a flight has been cancelled, the client must notify drvn by calling (888) 960-4442 or (305) 442-4442 for calls outside the U.S. and Canada and speak with a ride specialist.
What payment options are available for airport car services?
Here at drvn, we make paying for your airport car service simple and easy. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and bank transfers. Chauffeurs do not directly accept payment of any type for drvn’s services, however they do welcome passenger’s cash tips at the passenger’s discretion. Direct billing options are available for corporate accounts. You can register for an account via the VIP Portal.
