If you have requested to be picked up at a hotel, you can expect your chauffeur to meet you at the valet area or the hotel’s direct entrance. Please note, chauffeurs may only be parked in these areas for a short period of time before they are asked to move the vehicle.
The chauffeur will be waiting outside if you've requested to be picked up at a residence.

Debarking from cruise

Due to port security, chauffeurs are not allowed to park or stand at terminal exits. Chauffeurs wait at a designated holding area awaiting your call or text. When you're ready, please contact your chauffeur and state the letter or number you're standing by. The chauffeur will arrive shortly.

How to contact your chauffeur?

Pay close attention to unique instructions on where to find your chauffeur included in your confirmation email.

If you are unable to locate the chauffeur, you must call our dispatch line and speak with a ride specialist. We ask that you remain in the same location; our team will assist and make sure you are able to connect with the chauffeur.

Have a flight to catch on debarkation day?

Our top priority is ensuring you arrive at the airport on time.  Here are our standard suggestions when booking your airport departure:
  • Domestic: Arrive two (2) hours prior to flight departure time

The FAQs

What are the common challenges in managing corporate travel?

Managing corporate travel involves challenges such as controlling costs, ensuring policy compliance, and addressing traveler safety. Companies often struggle with unexpected expenses, last-minute changes, and balancing employee comfort with budget constraints. Additionally, coordinating logistics, managing reimbursements, and staying updated on travel risks or disruptions can complicate the process, especially without the right tools or policies in place.

What is the difference between business travel and corporate travel?

Business travel refers to any trip taken for work purposes, including attending conferences, client meetings, or training sessions, regardless of who organizes or pays for it. Corporate travel, on the other hand, is a subset of business travel that is specifically managed and funded by a company, often with structured policies and processes in place to streamline booking, control costs, and ensure compliance.

Many travel management providers offer flexible, scalable plans that allow small businesses to access essential features—such as discounted rates, mobile booking, and reporting—without the cost or complexity of enterprise-level solutions. How can corporate travel management reduce company expenses?

Corporate travel management reduces company expenses by implementing structured travel policies that control spending and ensure all bookings align with budget guidelines. Through negotiated discounts with airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies, companies can access lower rates and preferred pricing. Additionally, corporate travel management uses expense tracking tools to monitor real-time spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enforce compliance with travel policies. By centralizing bookings and using data-driven insights to optimize travel strategies, companies effectively minimize unnecessary expenses and maximize the value of their travel budgets.

What is the difference between corporate travel and business travel?

The terms corporate travel and business travel are often used interchangeably but have subtle differences. Corporate travel generally refers to managed travel within a structured program, where a company sets specific policies, budgets, and procedures for its employees’ travel needs. This is often supported by a corporate travel manager or a travel management company (TMC) to ensure consistency and cost control. Business travel, on the other hand, broadly covers any travel done for work purposes, which may include both structured corporate travel and independent travel by freelancers, contractors, or employees from small businesses without formal travel policies.

How do corporate travel management companies work?

Corporate travel management companies (TMCs) work by handling all aspects of business travel for their clients, from booking flights and accommodations to managing expenses and ensuring policy compliance. They leverage their industry connections to secure discounted rates and provide 24/7 support to travelers, assisting with itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergencies. TMCs also use travel management technology to offer real-time reporting and data insights, allowing companies to monitor expenses, optimize budgets, and improve overall travel efficiency. This comprehensive service enables businesses to streamline travel logistics and reduce costs while maintaining a high level of support and organization.

What is the role of a corporate travel manager?

A corporate travel manager oversees all aspects of a company's business travel, ensuring that travel arrangements are cost-effective, policy-compliant, and meet the needs of employees. This role involves managing travel policies, negotiating with vendors, coordinating bookings, and handling any travel-related issues that arise. The travel manager also monitors travel expenses, enforces compliance with company guidelines, and implements strategies to enhance the efficiency and safety of business travel, ultimately supporting the organization’s operational and financial goals.

What are the top US destinations for solo travelers?

The US offers excellent destinations for solo travelers, combining safety, adventure, and opportunities for connection. New York City is perfect for solo exploration with its museums, Broadway shows, and walkable neighborhoods. Nature lovers can enjoy solitude in Yellowstone National Park, where scenic trails and abundant wildlife create a serene experience. For a mix of outdoor beauty and vibrant nightlife, Miami offers beaches, cultural hotspots like Little Havana, and group activities like snorkeling tours. Solo travelers seeking relaxation and art will find Santa Fe ideal, with its galleries, spas, and Southwestern charm.

How can I avoid crowds at popular US attractions?

To avoid crowds at popular US attractions, visit during the off-season or on weekdays when traffic is lighter. Arriving early in the morning or later in the evening can help you enjoy attractions with fewer people. Booking timed-entry tickets or private tours can also reduce wait times. For national parks, explore lesser-known trails or visit during shoulder seasons like spring or fall. Using travel apps to track peak times and planning meals during non-traditional hours can further enhance your experience.

What is the best time of year to travel across the US?

The best time to travel across the US depends on your destination and interests. Spring (March to May) and fall (September to November) offer mild weather and fewer crowds, making them ideal for exploring cities, national parks, and coastal areas. Summer (June to August) is perfect for family vacations, especially in beach towns and outdoor destinations, while winter (December to February) is great for skiing in places like Colorado or enjoying festive city experiences in New York or Las Vegas. Planning around seasonal highlights ensures the best experience wherever you go.

What is the travel trend in 2025?
