Diversity supports ecosystems - and just as diversity fosters vibrancy in nature, diversity is fundamental to healthy communities, and also companies. The diversity of views, backgrounds, and experiences among their constituents are what both require to be productive and thrive. Building diversity requires commitment. And holding commitment is indicative of strong leadership with long term vision. These are the types of companies that drvn enjoys doing business with.

drvn’s first order of focus is a commitment to sustainability. We are on a path to achieve carbon neutrality by 2025. Our sustainability Policy and Program supports this commitment through participation in carbon offset programs and increasing utilization of EVs in our fleet through chauffeur incentives and subsidies. This is being achieved through leadership, community engagement, and continuous improvement.

Full engagement, through corporate giving with the communities we serve, is a bedrock principle that anchors our CSR. Still, community giving stands on the shoulders of both our Diversity and Sustainability commitments. drvn corporate giving focuses on two areas:

- Providing transportation free of charge on an ad hoc basis for medical emergencies, family emergencies, and community needs.

- Our Penny-Per-Mile program funds donations to local and national food banks to address food insecurity in the most vulnerable demographics - children and the elderly.

Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) demands that we look both outward to those we serve and inward to those engaged in service. Duty of Care focuses us on looking deeper beyond sustainability, inclusion, and giving. drvn’s Duty of Care is both a moral and legal obligation to all who ride in our care, drive in our care, and work in our care.
